REFUND POLICY: All Mindset Manager products and services include a complete 30-day refund policy. If you are unhappy with your product or service in any way, simply email admin@mindsetmanager.com within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund (less postage of $7.50 AUD). SHIPPING INFORMATION: All products are shipped via Australia Post and will have an estimated shipping time of 10 business days. Cost for shipping is $7.50 AUD unless otherwise posted. PRIVACY POLICY: We certify that we will never sell, rent, or lease your details, or your client details (name, address, email etc...) to any other third party. In order for our members to use our services, they must provide all information requested at the time of registration (site name, username, email, URL). This information is necessary to keep track of individual accounts and to contact the user when needed. SECURITY: Financial information collected such as credit card number and expiration date is used only to charge the customer for the service they are purchasing. It will never be given to any third party (other than the credit card authorization center). Personal information, such as name and email, are used primarily to recognize individual accounts. Occasionally we will use individually identifiable information, like email addresses, in order to contact the user for technical support or provide product update and account information. We have put security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of all information under our control. All orders are processed via a 128 bit secure server (SSL) and credit card details will never emailed.
